About

George C. Boisseau is an experienced California criminal defense attorney with more than four decades of experience handling state and federal criminal matters. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict and has represented hundreds of individuals from the investigation and pretrial stages through trial, sentencing, and appeal. His federal practice includes RICO and VICAR offenses, homicide, narcotics, wire and mail fraud, and other serious federal charges. He has also briefed and argued more than 100 appeals in the Ninth Circuit and California appellate courts and has argued before the California Supreme Court. He is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar and has served on Criminal Justice Act trial and appellate panels.
