Dodger’s Win!

Usually, I write in the evenings. But this week was Dodger baseball — priorities.

For that reason, Chapter 5 of After the Fall will come out next week.

While researching this chapter, I came across a quote worth sharing. I’ll get into it more later in the book:

“I was waiting for something extraordinary to happen,
but as the years wasted on, nothing ever did — unless I caused it.”

– Charles Bukowski

If you haven’t already, you can read the first four chapters of After the Fall here:
• [Chapter 1 — Silence Isn’t a Strategy, It’s a Sentence]
• [Chapter 2 — Walking Cliché]
• [Chapter 3 — No Discounts on Dignity]
• [Chapter 4 — The Fly Wins: Discipline and the Cost of Comfort]

Join our weekly webinar this Tuesday at 11 a.m. Pacific / 2 p.m. Eastern.

I’ll share insights from several sentencing hearings I recently attended and what they reveal about how judges make decisions.

Thank you,

Justin Paperny
