A journalist writing a piece about White Collar Advice asked me to offer some things Sam Bankman-Fried should not do in federal prison. I told him I wasn’t going to do it. He laughed and asked again!
“He has yet to plead guilty or be convicted. Maybe he will prevail at trial,” I said.
“Justin, please. Just give me the content!!!”
“No,” I said, “but I will offer you 10 things he should do BEFORE he goes to federal prison. Deal?!”
“FINE!” he said.
