Eric M. Creizman is a partner at Morrison Cohen LLP in New York City. His practice focuses on complex white collar criminal defense, government and corporate investigations, and securities enforcement matters. His experience includes federal jury and bench trials, evidentiary and sentencing hearings, restitution proceedings, and appeals. Creizman represents clients in matters involving securities, accounting, investments, real estate, environmental offenses, health care, insurance, money laundering, digital currency, and political activities. He also represents attorneys and physicians in professional disciplinary proceedings. His regulatory practice includes investigations and litigation involving the SEC, FINRA, PCAOB, OFAC, and the New York Attorney General’s Office, often alongside parallel civil or criminal proceedings. A frequent speaker and author, Creizman has presented continuing legal education programs and written for legal publications. He founded Creizman PLLC in 2008 after practicing at international law firms. Before joining Morrison Cohen, he was a partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s White Collar Criminal and Government Investigations Practice.

Nicholas Kaizer is a partner at Levitt & Kaizer in New York City. His practice includes federal and state criminal defense, post-conviction representation, compassionate release applications, and RICO defense. Kaizer has appeared in courts throughout the country and lectured on criminal defense and sentencing. He has served as a panelist at the U.S. Sentencing Commission annual conference, discussing grounds for sentences outside the advisory Guidelines with attorneys, probation officers, and judges. He graduated from Boston University and the University of Miami and is admitted in New York, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
