The camp does not offer a Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP).

Health Services

The Health Services Unit is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, dentists, dental staff, and a pharmacist. Visiting specialists include an optometrist, orthopedist, dietician, podiatrist, psychiatrist, urologist, and audiologist. Sick call sign-up at the camp is Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 6:30 AM. The camp pill line runs at 6:00 AM, 3:30 PM, and 8:30 PM. At least one physician assistant is on duty or on call 24 hours a day. Outpatient care is provided on-site, with several hospitals located approximately 15 miles away. Age-specific periodic health examinations are available.

Fitness & Recreation

The camp offers team sports, billiards, bocce ball, hobby crafts, music, and ping-pong. The Recreation Department also offers a wellness program that encourages physical and mental health, including weight management, AIDS awareness, nutrition, smoking cessation, and stress management. Persons are given a minimum of five hours of recreation per week.

Religious Services

Staff chaplains are available to all persons, along with contract and volunteer representatives of specific faiths. Religious holidays and special diets are coordinated through the chaplain's office.
