Mattress and textile factory (mattresses, drapes, clothing) employing approximately 490 people.
The facility offers a non-residential drug treatment program, a drug education program, and Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous groups. Counseling groups are available in stress management, anger management, anxiety and depression, and living free. The psychology department is staffed by four to six full-time psychologists and three interns.
The facility is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, dentists, and dental assistants. Outpatient care is provided, and a small hospital ward is available. The pill line runs daily from 6:30 to 7:00 AM, 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and 5:00 to 5:30 PM. Sick call sign-up is from 6:30 to 7:00 AM, four times a week. At least one physician assistant is on duty or on call 24 hours a day. Preventative health screenings may be requested every three years for persons under the age of 50, and every year for those over 50.
The recreation department offers indoor and outdoor sports, music rooms with instruments, racquetball, stationary bicycles, and treadmills. The hobby craft center offers leather craft, art, beading, drawing, painting, and crocheting.
The facility is staffed by two full-time chaplains. Community volunteers help provide services for most faiths.
