Dormitory-style housing. Television rooms are available in each housing area and operate daily until 9:45 PM.
300 minutes per month. Calls automatically end after 15 minutes. Calling list limited to 30 numbers. Phones available 6 AM–9:30 PM daily, except during counts. Calls are charged to an inmate debit card.
A textile factory operates at the complex, employing approximately 503 people.
Psychology Services offers crisis intervention, individual counseling, medication management, and psychiatric consultation. Additional programs include sexual assault education and counseling, drug abuse education, personal development and self-help groups, and smoking cessation. A non-residential drug treatment program is also available.
Dental and sick call sign-up at the camp is conducted on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding holidays, at 6:00 AM. The camp pill line runs at 6:30 AM and 6:15 PM. Weekend and holiday schedules are subject to change and will be announced over the overhead page system. The facility is served by Wayne Memorial Hospital, located four miles away. Outpatient care is provided on-site.
Camp recreation areas are open from 6:00 AM to dusk. Activities include softball, flag football, track, soccer, handball, racquetball, volleyball, and bocce ball. The hobby craft program offers leather craft, painting, sketching, and bead work. Musical instruments are available, with a dedicated room for organized bands to perform and a second room for individual practice. Table games may be played from 7:30 AM to 9:45 PM in the common area.
Chaplains are available upon request to provide pastoral care, counseling, religious education, and instruction. Community volunteers assist with services for most faiths. The chapel contains a religious library with reference material, devotional reading, and video and audio resources available for use in the chapel area. Religious program and activity schedules are posted in each unit and in the chapel.
