Satellite Camp
Lexington Camp SCP is a minimum-security satellite camp adjacent to FMC Lexington in Lexington, Kentucky. The camp houses male offenders and offers programming including RDAP, vocational training in residential electrical, and a range of wellness and educational services.

The camp offers a nine-month Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), as well as a non-residential drug treatment program, a drug education program, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and transitional drug treatment. Additional programs include weight control, anger management, stress management, and chronic pain management. A Dual Diagnosis program provides specialized treatment for those diagnosed with both substance use and mental health disorders. A psychologist is available to camp prisoners on an as-needed basis and can be reached by submitting a written request, speaking with staff during rounds, or notifying any staff member during a crisis.
Sick call at the camp is held on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (except holidays) from 7:00 to 7:15 AM. The camp pill line runs from 6:15 to 6:45 AM for insulin and oral medications, 2:45 to 3:00 PM for insulin, and 5:15 to 6:00 PM for oral medications. On weekends, the morning pill line runs from 6:00 to 6:30 AM. The camp has its own dental clinic and infirmary for sick call and minor medical needs. For anything beyond the camp's scope, outpatient care is available at the adjacent medical center. Medical staff are on duty or on call around the clock. Daily call-outs for clinics, dental, physical therapy, and telemedicine appointments are posted on the unit bulletin board after 4:00 PM the day before. It is each person's responsibility to check for and keep all scheduled appointments. Physical examinations may be requested every two years for those under 50, and annually for those over 50.
The recreation department is open from 6:30 AM to 8:15 PM and offers exercise bicycles, stair-steppers, some nautilus equipment, a music room, pool tables, and ping-pong tables. Intramural team sports are available, along with structured fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, spinning, and jump rope. The hobby craft center provides leather craft, ceramics, painting, drawing, and copper works.
Three full-time chaplains serve the camp, along with a contract rabbi and imam. Pastoral counseling and consultation are available as needed. Religious items can be purchased through the commissary.
