300 minutes per month via TRUFONE system. Calls end after 15 minutes with a 30-minute wait between calls. Calling list limited to 30 numbers with three changes allowed per month. It takes approximately one week to add numbers. Phones available 6:30 AM–10 PM daily. Phone credits can be purchased 4:30–10 PM on weekdays and any time on weekends. All calls monitored and recorded.

Library

The camp law and leisure library is open Monday–Thursday 8–10 AM and 4:45–8 PM, Friday 8–11 AM, Saturday 7:30–10 AM and 12–3 PM. Closed Sundays and federal holidays. Electric typewriters available for legal matters. Copies charged to debit card. Limited interlibrary loan program available.

UNICOR

Print shop, textile factory, distribution factory, and electronics waste recycling program operate at the complex.

Psychology/Counseling Services

A non-residential drug treatment program, self-image groups, and other voluntary groups are available. Psychology services are offered Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM by appointment only. An on-call psychologist is available after hours for emergency situations on evenings and weekends.

Health Services

Sick call sign-up at the camp is held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 to 7:00 AM. The camp pill line is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 to 6:30 AM and 3:00 to 4:00 PM; on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 6:30 to 7:00 AM and 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Several local hospitals are located approximately 10 to 35 minutes away. At least one physician assistant is on duty or on call around the clock.

Fitness & Recreation

The Recreation Department offers intramural sports, individualized arts and crafts programs, physical fitness and weight reduction programs, and other activities. A photography program allows people to take photographs, a music program provides access to instruments and music listening, and a movie program features screenings in the auditorium.

Religious Services

A wide range of religious programs are available. Staff chaplains, along with contract and volunteer representatives of other faiths, are on hand to assist. Special religious diets, holiday observances, and other worship activities are coordinated through the chaplain's office. A residential 18-month Life Connections Program is offered to support moral and spiritual growth through one-on-one mentors and community service.
